Surf Swap on June 1st, Fagers Island, 9AM registration.
Sorry for the short notice on this one. Chapter meeting this Saturday, May 3rd, at 11 AM. It will be at the Taphouse, on 45th Street, (not at Bull on the Beach this time.)
Due to unforeseen circumstances we are looking for a Vice-Chair of the Chapter. Please consider it if you have 2-20 hours a week, love the ocean, and are willing to apply whatever skills you have and learn new ones for the sake of protecting it.
Either way come on out. We need regular ‘ole volunteers too.
at Bull on the Beach
Last reminder I promise,
Thanks to those who’ve said they are coming to Saturday’s meeting and also for sending in some pictures. We will get to work on them soon.
You know the deal, there is a Chapter meeting on Saturday. There will also be a heat wave – mid forties so come out the beach! We meet inside where it is even warmer. Consider stepping up to take a leadership position,

Thank you, to all who came out for the Christmas Social this past Saturday, at Bull On The Beach. In spite of the heavy rain, there was a great turn-out and a few very lucky people walked away with some awesome prizes. As always, the staff at Bull On the Beach did an outstanding job and they outdid themselves with the food. Hope you can join us next year!!
Shelly Dawson, Ocean City Chapter rep and John Weber, Mid Atlantic Regional Manager presented OC local Matt Landon with a Certificate of Appreciation on Saturday. Matt was instrumental in getting the Ocean City Council to repel the proposal to allow vehicles the beach this past fall. Way to go Matt!
