In mid-October, the Surfrider Club at Pocomoke Middle School traveled to Virginia Beach to help plant over 1,700 dune grass plugs at the Naval Air Station Oceana with the National Aquarium! The students had a great day helping protect our Delmarva coasts. Great job, kids! Thank you to student club leader, Karen McCabe, for organizing the field trip.
