We will discuss chapter events, programs, campaigns and more and hold executive committee (EC) elections for the following positions: vice chair, treasurer, volunteer coordinator. Position descriptions are below. If you are interested in joining the EC, attend this meeting!
Vice Chair
-Build partnerships
-Be a Brand Ambassador
-Assist with Social Media
-Assist with legislation session testimony
Treasurer
-Make bank deposits
-Funnel memberships
-Be able to report how much money the chapter has and what it’s being spent on
Volunteer Coordinator
-Create / maintain chapter contact database
-Work with program, event, and campaign leads to help fulfill their volunteer needs
-Respond to incoming volunteer inquiries
The meeting is immediately following our November beach cleanup, please join us at the inlet at 10 am before the meeting!
November Beach Cleanup
Hosted by the Stephen Decatur High School Surfrider Club and our OCMD chapter

We'll focus this cleanup on cigarette butts, but will pick up other trash also!
