Making a Difference... Together!

In a touching display of service to the community, Carefirst BlueCrossBlue Shield employees joined forces with Surfrider OCMD on July 17, during their Week of Equity and Action, to clean the beaches and boardwalk around the inlet in Ocean City. Participants collected nearly 100 pounds of trash from the beach and boardwalk! We also gained 8 new members for the Ocean City chapter. With each cleanup and new member, we are building momentum toward cleaner, healthier beaches. We are dedicated to collaboration and the positive change that can happen when organizations unite for a common cause. Together, we make a difference.
