The surfboard traveling from Florida to Washington DC as a moving protest against offshore oil drilling is here. It is already getting signed by local businesses. If your business is against offshore oil drilling, the most important thing you can do is to add your business name to this letter opposing drilling by clicking here.
But try to meet up with the board this weekend as well. Tomorrow, Saturday, December 5th, the Board will be visiting surf shops in Ocean City, and then on Sunday, it will be at the Gold Coast Mall all day from 10 AM to 6PM. Chapter volunteers will be there tabling and raising money by wrapping your Christmas gifts for $2. If you want to volunteer please email me at Jweber@surfrider.org
